Here at SageBrush Kennels we carefully breed our Pembrokes to meet the standard set for the Pembroke Welsh Corgis.  Good health, soundness, and sweet willing temperament are their genetic foundation we strive for.

 SageBrush Kennels is a small kennel located in northeastern Michigan--operating a small horse ranch and raising Corgis are our passion and pride. We were introduced to the breed thorough the equine world many years ago. We raise Corgis that are beautiful and have proven pedigrees behind them. Our dogs are not strictly kenneled most of the time they have the freedom to roam the ranch. Kenneling is for precaution not restriction.

About Pembroke Welsh Corgis

The Pembroke Welsh Corgi is an excellent companion dog. His gentle and easy-to-care-for nature makes him a perfect pet for folks of almost any age; his tough, sturdy build can take on lots of child’s play as well.  Corgis are remarkably “adaptable” dogs that seem to do as well with apartment living as they do out on a farm.  They are loyal and loving; affectionate, but do not force their affections upon you; sometimes independent and always amusing. They need guidance and loving discipline to develop their pleasant personality. The Corgi’s alertness and protective instincts also make him an excellent guardian of the home.
